>STUDENTS' COUNCIL
Our Students' Council offers tremendous opportunities for students who are interested in honing their leadership skills.
As an important part of the school community, members of Students' Council meet weekly to organize spirit days and dances. They also raise money for local charities.
School-wide elections are held each fall with a full slate of candidates for Executive positions as well as classroom representatives.
Under the direction of Mrs. Lee, this club creates impressive animated films.
AUDIO-VISUAL CLUB
The Audio-Visual Club meets regularly for those interested in filming, editing and set-up is welcome.

COMPOSTING SQUAD
The composting squad would like to thank Mrs. Abbott for the composting container she donated. The worms are very happy in their new habitat. The squad is getting ready for their first compost harvest. Thank you to Mme Vaillancourt for starting this club.
DRAMA CLUB
Drama "Improv Meetings" are usually held every Friday after school in the drama room (room 201).
J.H. Putman takes pride in its quality music and art programs which are offered to all students.
In music, students learn a musical instrument, and there is the opportunity to join one of three bands. The visual art program develops a student's creativity alongside technical skills. Students experience a wide variety of media, including masks, sculpture, printmaking, painting and drawing.
