Multiple Intelligences: What's your intelligence?

The theory of multiple intelligences, developed by Dr. Howard Gardner in 1983, suggests that there are many different measures of ability.  Although there are no definitive tests for measuring multiple intelligences, the Birmingham Grid for Learning, is very user friendly and presents information in a very creative way.

Principal Mr. Brent Smith took the survey and has posted his results here. "Very few people will be surprised by my multiple intelligences graph!" he says.

The Putman team would like to have all students complete the survey and share their results with us.  We will use these results as we talk about school improvement planning.  Individual student’s surveys will not be made public (although I may invite those who are willing to share via a school bulletin board in the main hallway).

One lucky survey writer will win a free canteen item (sponsored by Students’ Council) so please head to the link to complete the survey!
